We don't take a mandate and we don't market your property to the public. We check that you own it, then we bring you buyers whose money we've already confirmed. You only pay us if a sale goes through, and only what we agree in writing up front.

What we'll need from you

Your ID — and, if you're selling on behalf of an estate or a trust, the letters of authority.
The title deed — or the erf number, so we can check the Deeds Office record against your name.
A recent municipal account — so rates arrears don't ambush the transfer.
Bond details — if there's still a bond over the property, we need to know roughly what's outstanding.

Fees, plainly

Nothing to list. Nothing to be verified. Getprop earns an introduction fee only when a sale registers, agreed in writing before we introduce anyone. If your property is already with an agency, tell us — we work with them, not around them.
