What happens after you send this
Within one working day — a consultant calls you to confirm the brief and your budget.
Verification — we check your ID and your bond pre-approval or proof of funds. Nothing is shared with a seller until this is done.
Matching — we go through verified sellers and partner agency stock for your area and price band.
Introduction — you get the property file, the seller's details and a reference number. You view, you negotiate, you decide.
What you never pay
No listing fee. No search fee. No success fee. No "unlocking" fee to see a seller's details. If anyone asks a buyer for money in the name of Getprop, it is not us.
