Getprop is not an estate agency and we don't compete for mandates. We generate buyers, verify their ID and their financing, and hand them to partner agencies who are properly registered. We accept a limited number of partners per area.
What we require of partners
PPRA registration — the agency and the individual practitioner must be registered property practitioners.
A valid Fidelity Fund Certificate — current, and re-checked by us every year.
A working trust account arrangement — buyer funds go to the conveyancer or a compliant trust account. Never to us, never to you personally.
Response inside 24 hours — a verified buyer who waits three days is a buyer we've wasted.
How the commercial side works
A referral fee on registered transfer, as a share of your commission, agreed per agency before the first introduction. No monthly subscription, no lead credits, no charge for a buyer who goes cold.
